For small jobs you can contact us with details of the work you need done and we can provide you with a phone estimate. We can also schedule an appointment to access your needs and provide you with a written estimate.

You can also choose to purchase all materials and pay me my hourly rate (+ taxes). Billing starts when I arrive at the work premises with a minimum charge of 1 hour. I will let you know the approximate time the job will take.

All estimates are free.
Estimates do not include additional labour and materials which may be required should unforeseen problems arise after the work has started. The estimated cost will be affected if any changes are made to the materials used and the job as described in the estimate.

Payment Terms:
For small jobs (1 day work) - full payment immediately upon completion. If materials are to be purchased you may have to provide a deposit.
For larger jobs – an advance payment of 50% of total cost, following a second payment of 25% (after partial completion) and full balance payment upon completion of the project.

We only accept cash or cheque at this time.
